When you originally downloaded Krengel Ship for UPS, a temporary license key should have been created for you. This license key is a 32-character string, which should be applied using the APYKTILIC (Apply KTI License) command as follows:
ADDLIBLE KTIKEYLIB APYKTILIC LICKEY(license-key) RMVLIBLE KTIKEYLIB
Permanent Product Registration
You can request a permanent license key from sales@krengeltech.com. To obtain a license key, you will need to provide the serial number and model number of your IBM i and the logical partition number (LPAR) on which Krengel Ship will be installed. You can obtain this information by executing the following commands from an IBM i command line:
ADDLIBLE KTIKEYLIB DSPMCHINF RMVLIBLE KTIKEYLIB
